All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Online Payment Types
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laybuy for payments to our online store.
If for any reason we cannot supply your chosen item immediately, or if a product is sold out, we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will process this for you without hesitation.
We are able to operate our online store for nationwide home delivery of essential items under Level 4 and below. Click & Collect is also available from our store at 1a Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland during Level 3.
Future Feet is committed to delivering your goods to you as quickly as possible. We will process your order as soon as we have received it, with a goal of dispatching all orders on or before the next business day. To ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible, we may ship from more than one store, so you may receive your order in two separate deliveries. Courier delivery times will vary depending on your location - please contact us if you require a specific delivery timeframe for your order. We expect most orders to reach their NZ destination 2-4 working days from date of dispatch. Please note during Level 4, delivery times may take longer than expected.
Delivery Fees – New Zealand
New Zealand-wide courier delivery is free for all orders of $50 and over. For orders of $49.99 and under, the freight charges are $8 for non-rural New Zealand delivery and $12 for rural New Zealand delivery. Please provide us with a physical delivery address as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Fees – Australia and international destinations
Australia-wide delivery is free for all orders of $150 and over. For orders of $149.99 and under, a freight charge of $25 will apply to Australian addresses. For destinations outside of New Zealand and Australia, please contact us for a quote on shipping
If you have a quality concern with any item purchased from us, please advise us as soon as possible by contacting your nearest store or emailing us at email@example.com. Future Feet will meet all its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Items purchased from Future Feet, including sale items but excluding items marked as 'final clearance', may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If an item is marked as final clearance, returns or exchanges are not permitted except in the event of a faulty product. Delivery fees are not refundable.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a returns advice form or visit your nearest retail store. Items returned must be in new, unworn condition and complete with the original product packaging, and must be accompanied with a copy of your proof of purchase. Future Feet reserves the right to reject a request for a refund or exchange for any item that does not comply with our returns policy.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of items under Level 4 - please however contact us to advise your intention to return an item once COVID operational restrictions ease. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges and assume any risk of loss, so we recommend opting for a tracked delivery or courier service when returning items to us. Your refund will be processed within three business days of us receiving your returned item and will be refunded back in the format of the original payment type.
Your local Future Feet store will be happy to exchange any retail purchase, excluding final clearance items, made within 30 days for another size or style. Any item to be exchanged must be in new, unworn condition and complete with the original product packaging, and must be accompanied with a copy of your proof of purchase. If an item is marked as final clearance, exchanges are not permitted except in the event of a faulty product.
If you’d like to exchange an item you’ve purchased online for another size or style, please place a new order for the item you would like and return the original item to us for a refund. Please email us at email@example.com to request a Returns Advice form.
