If, for any reason, we cannot supply your chosen item immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you by phone or email, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation. We cannot guarantee the availability of all items.

Future Feet is committed to delivering your goods to you as promptly as possible. Your goods will be forwarded to you on the first working day on receipt of your order.

Freight charges are as follows:

New Zealand (Non Rural) - $6.50

New Zealand (Rural) - $8.00

Australia - $12.00

If more than 2 pairs of shoes are ordered additional freight charges may apply. Please contact us to confirm.

We now ship orders internationally by special order, please contact us via email sales@futurefeet.co.nz with your delivery address if you are interested in placing an order and we will advise our freight charges.  If however, we are out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated delivery time.

• We accept all major credit cards, or payment can be made via direct credit to our bank account.
• Bank details will be provided upon completion of checkout.
• All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

If what you have received is not suitable for your child’s feet or you are unhappy with your online purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund or credit note if the goods are returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Sale items are excluded from this return policy as all sales on these items are final.

Future Feet will meet all its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
